I want to make sure I got this right so can you really only adopt an animal between the hours of 10 and 2 two Saturdays out of the whole month. That just seems to not make much sense to me. A lot of the times people would just end up going to another place I'm betting since they couldnt get a license for potentially weeks. Seems like your animals are probably losing out on forever home possibly. When the shelter is open that should mean open to adopt while business hours are in but again I could have read that wrong
