very bad service and has bad employees

very bad service and has bad employees
when I was there we wait for long time
we did'nt get rooms imediatly and had to wait for a long time, and when I complained to one of the employees they said we have have to wait after 4pm and was quite cold and i was so upset. complain again to other employee she gave us the room immediately . This is not nice services also the room isn't clean
next time never try again. ...
