We've been a satisfied customer for years, until today. We picked up a few Turkey Poults from the Pleasant Hill location yesterday. We didn't get to pick them ourselves due to covid, so they picked them and put them in the box. When we got home, it was obvious one was on the fritz and even with our efforts it passed. Called to see if they would do a same-day exchange, nope. Please let people choose their animals, so this is avoided in the future.
