I am a small organisation but i use Sage Pastel software to run my business. I dont have many issues, but when i do, i never get a response and due to this i am generally forced to sort the problem out myself. Recently i have been away and asked them to please send me an invoice so that i can pay my annual subscription manually via EFT. I emailed on numerous occasions with no reply despite having received receipts to say they would contact me within a certain period of time, i went onto their support chat and got nothing, and calling them is a waste of time. I sat for 20 minutes minimum until i eventually put the phone down. They have now cut me off and I am having to wait for them to get back to me. Appalling support service and considering i have been with them for about 5 years now, i wish there was something else i could use. Maybe time to start looking. SAGE, i am a person with a business that obviously benefits you. Dont turn me into an automated need because of your own support incompetence. Talk to us
