Our home flooded with sewage water 2 weeks ago. We are covered by Auto Owners Insurance, and sadly - they use this company to arrange for displaced families. I don't have the space to relate how unprofessional and rude the representative from this company was to me today. They failed to make the proper arrangements for our family of 6, and when I called them to see if they could work with me to find us a place to stay tonight - the representative was so demeaning. When I asked for her name - she hung up on me. Still in shock that this woman is allowed to interface with human beings. It is now after 11:00 pm. We cannot stay in our home. We still haven't had all of the sewage cleaned out of our ventilation system, and the indoor temperature is 99 degrees. I have small children. I have no place for my family to stay tonight. No one should be asked to sleep in a home that isn't safe - especially if it is nearly 100 degrees. Absolutely astounded that they are legally allowed to treat us this way. We have been faithful insurance premium payers for almost 10 years to Auto Owners. My advice to them tomorrow morning will be to cancel this company as soon as possible. This is inhumane.
