Fantastic staff and teachers all around. Love doing classes in this creative environment. No expertise necessary to join in just a will to have fun! Thursday lunch class is challenging and a great way to exercise in the middle of the day. Cardio dancing, weights, balls, strength training. It's got it all as well as a lovely group to exercise with. There's so much at Spoke, you just need to dive in and get going!
