This is a HUGE conference center. I think it might be one of the biggest in the country. Conference food is never great. It is a metro stop so that helps.

You do have to commute a little away from the area to get to all the nicer restaurants and to see more of downtown Chicago.

Neighboring hotels are not cheap around here and obviously the conference center is big business for them.

In terms of the architectural design of the place. It fits the designs of downtown Chicago and it's adjacent skyscapers. In terms of uniqueness compared to other conference centers, not high up on my list.

Chicago is definitely an excellent place to visit and would highly recommend making the trip out here.
