The drive-thru is going downhill. I order food through the app every time I come here and I even include my sauces or jelly and still don t receive them. The drive thru is backed up like crazy and line doesn t move as I have seen it before. The customer service is not what it used to be. They should get new management or better trainers. There s usually no napkins or straws. I even get questioned can they see my bag. I really can t wait until the inside opens back up.
