I'm unable to even set up a call back to speak to ...

I'm unable to even set up a call back to speak to an agent. This system is horrible . What are people suppose to do..? This falls back on Polis. He should make as sure the system that represents the State which he governs takes care of the people. Flood his office with complaints.. Maybe he will get it fixed then.
