On Friday night, I asked a friend to have dinner at Bamboo Thai on the 8th floor of Langham Place, Mong Kok. It is very convenient to book a table online in advance. We arrived at about seven o clock. When we sat down and saw the volcanic ribs on the menu, it was very attractive. Two ordered a thin volcanic rib for $98, fried shrimp cake $72, seafood noodle soup $98, Dream Pattaya $48, tropical Style $42.

Volcanic ribs~ The volcanic ribs I had eaten at the train night market in Thailand last year. Because of the epidemic this year, I didn't have to travel, so I had to eat them in Hong Kong. Volcano ribs are made of pork ribs. The ribs have a salty aroma. The meat is soft and immersed in the broth. It has the original flavor and tastes better than the train night market!

Fried Shrimp Cakes~ There are four pieces in a plate, deep-fried to loosen up, and served with Thai sauce. It is sweet and sour.

Seafood noodle soup~ The soup is red and slightly spicy. The seafood is not too much, and the taste is okay.

Dream of Pattaya~ The purple special drink looks beautiful, the taste is not too sweet, and it is refreshing with a little wine aroma.

Tropical style~ A smoothie made of mango and pineapple. It has the sweetness of mango and the fruity aroma of pineapple. It is a summer choice.

The first time I went to Bamboo Thai, the overall feeling was good, the restaurant was clean and tidy, and the quality of the food was not wrong. I like volcanic pork ribs the most.
