Waiting for over 24 minutes on hold to get in touch with a person.

My company has 6 professional email accounts with OVH (along with many other products and services such as hosting and domain names). Always trusted OVH, but now I am greatly disappointed.

The service that we are paying for, the professional email accounts are simply not working, because OVH ips are blacklisted. This means our emails are not sent and our clients do not receive our messages.
We are losing serious money and OVH doesn't care about it.

26 minutes now, still waiting for somebody to pick up the phone ...

34 minutes, still on hold. Still nobody cares.
