They are the most consumer-friendly company I have ever dealt with. My home had an old alarm system. They replaced the panels at price comparable to what I would have paid if I went out on my own (and would have had to install myself).

Their monthly pricing is best I've seen in the country, plus there is no contract.

Further, the process to join them was painless and quick. I highly recommend.
