Very tasty food, incredibly warm and helpful staff, and giant portions! Morimoto has been an anchor of the high end Philly dining scene for years now and while the interior--evocative of the ocean--is a bit dated, the food remains delicious. The katsudon and unadon lunch sets are very tasty, albeit heavy on the rice portion size, and the shiso yuzu castella dessert was quite imaginative, easily the most interesting thing we ate. All told, our lunch bill for two entrees, a dessert, and a piece of oh-toro sashimi ran us $75 after tax and tip.
