My wife and I visited the Cinema for the first time to see a 3 hour long film ( Interstellar ) plenty of room to view. We left the film after half an hour, the reasons being, the sound was apalling, we were totally unable to tell what the cast were saying. The seats were perhaps the most uncomfortable we have experienced at any show. We also noticed that when anyone moved in the seating area or access area this movement was transmitted to our seats.
I have tried via their website to make a formal complaint ,but there is no way to do this.
