I have purchased several vehicles in my life and I must say this was, by far, the absolute BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was in an accident, so I was not prepared to purchase a new car, but I had previously rented a Ford that I liked so, I thought I would give them a try. From the minute I inquired online, they were responsive...but not pushy. When I did go into the dealership, the sales manager, I believe his name was Mike (I am horrible with names), was all about what I wanted. The sales associate, Kara (name thing again), was as friendly and helpful as could be! While of course, they wanted to sell me a car, not for one minute, did I feel like I was being "handled" by car salesman. I honestly felt that they were interested in finding me the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. And when the bank was acting "funny", the sales associate Kara, knowing it was well past my "wine O'clock" actually took me to a local restaurant for a glass of wine while the sales manager and the finance manager, Jeff, not only got me in the car I wanted, but within my budget and with the features and added protections I wanted. I am not an easy customer to make happy, but I will tell you this...This is my first Ford and I hope I love it, because if I EVER need to purchase a new car again, I want to be able to go straight to Academy Ford and work with Mike, Kara and Jeff (again names!!!!). Even if we had not been able to make a deal...I would still give their customer service an A+++++
