My old unit went out on me and I needed a new air-conditioner so I call Griffin Service the sales rep was very friendly he was able to come out to my house did some measurements on my air vents and told me what size unit I would need he recommended American standard quoted me a good price The next day the technicians Mike and Wade came out and put the unit in they were very knowledgeable and professional I definitely would recommend Griffin service to anybody that needs AC in their home
