The service here is dreadful, particularly at the hotel restaurant. I've had two incidents there, the being we made reservations for one evening and I understand there was a cheerleading meet there at the time so they were pretty busy, but they knew that. We were sat 20 minutes late, then they took an hour and a half to bring our food. The real issue I have is when we tried to speak to the manager about how long it was talking, he rudely stated "You can see we are really busy and I'm going to charge your room for your food even if you don't wait for it". First of all the tables around us were parents just drinking, not even eating so that's bull, and secondly, don't have the tables there if you can't handle them being full. The other issue we had there was a different meal someone with us ordered a hamburger well done. It came to the table and he took a bite of it. The meat was still pink inside so he requested a well done burger again. They took his burger that had a bite taken out of it, took it back to the kitchen, took the patty out of it and cooked it longer. That's the cheapest move I've ever seen a restaurant do. Based on both these experiences I'll NEVER be staying there again and will warn people away from this hotel.
