Let me preface by saying I didn't stay at this hotel, so this review is strictly related to customer service. My boyfriend was staying at the hotel for a conference and I wanted to send something to his room to let him know I was thinking about him (fruit and cheese plate, bottle of wine, whatever). I called to speak to the concierge who said he couldn't help me. I was transferred to dining services who said I needed to speak with guest services who then transferred me to the FedEx business center in the hotel. All I was trying to do was give them money, and at every step they either didn't understand or didn't want to help.
