We have used W.F. Hann for many years and have always been pleased with their service. We enroll in their service plan which entitles us to two check-ups per year (before summer and before winter). The company always gives us advance notice so that we can make appointments before the general public. There is always someone to answer the phone, so we don't have to deal with those endless menus or leaving a message.
Yesterday a serviceman came to check out the AC /furnace unit. He came on time and was very pleasant. He worked efficiently and changed the filter (an extra charge). He remembered to reset the thermostat before leaving. My husband and I will continue to call W.F. Hann for air conditioning/furnace needs. Lee in Shaker Heights
