I live in Calgary and have been looking for a late model Audi convertible for my wife for some time. I noticed an Ad in the Auto-trader at Lexus South Pointe in early Jan, 2016 and called them to find out more. I was put through to Derick Araujo and we had a lengthy chat about the 2007 Audi he had recently brought in on a trade. Derick was very easy to talk to and was very informative and transparent about where the car came from (lady driven, 1 owner), its condition, etc. He provided lots of info regarding the inspection performed by the service dept and provided details off the car-fax. I told him I wanted a positive experience and to not drive away with a lemon and he explained South Pointe's commitment to customer service all the way up to the GM, and that they would not sell a sub-standard used vehicle as reputation is everything to them. On the strength of that 1st positive interaction I headed up to Edmonton a few days later, was picked up by Derick and driven to the dealership, and treated respectfully throughout the purchasing experience. I've had that positive experience I was looking for thus far and my wife is enjoying her convertible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Derick to others and would seriously consider making the trip to Edmonton to work with him again if I ever decide to 'upgrade' to a Lexus. Thanks Derick!
