Awful hotel, the staff is very rude consistently. Hot water is intermittent and the staff was unwilling to do anything about it most of the time. If you want housekeeping services please make sure you have a negative covid test prior to arrival, they will not tell you that before you arrive and you cannot get one unless you're from Mass. at that time, meaning that your stay will be without services even for long stays like ours. Awful customer service and not up to par with the price of the hotel even if it is a good location. The HardRock is right across the street and the loud music, even if no one is there, can be heard in your rooms so be careful about that.
