This company has very bad service. They have too much business so they don't care about their customers anymore. The contractor Mike Rogers had bad attitude. He went to my rental property to give me a free estimation, but he didn't want to access the upper unit because the bad smell. Yes, the smell is not good, I admit this, but many others can go into the house and work there. Only him, he doesn't have any interest in this business just because the bad smell.
