Purchased two recliners and a couch for over 3000$...

Purchased two recliners and a couch for over 3000$. One recliner was delivered broken. When we contacted La-Z-Boy for service. They initially said it would be replaced, but then told us the chair was out of stock. A techincian was sent to fix the chair to make it serviceable until a replacement was in stock. The technician declaired it "fixed" and we were denied a replacment. We have two of the exact same chair and the broken chair sits wrong and is completely uncomforable. We contacted the store in hopes they would help us make this right. I was told they had no part in these kinds of issues and it was up to us and corporate. Once they have your money they don't care if the product is defective.
