Update: it s now been over a week and I have not heard from any customer service representative at all... I think I ve made my point.

If you are trying to buy a vehicle and you don t live in the area, don t bother with Kolar. Very poor communication, no follow up texts or calls. Gave a very clear message they had no interest in taking the time to sell us a vehicle.
