Wow, dazed and confused. We ate here a year ago and could not stop raving about everything -- the food, the service and of course the venue. We ate here 10/25 and were shocked how things had changed. It is still a beautiful venue but the service was deplorable. We waited almost 2 hours from start to finish. It took forever for our starter, and had another lengthy wait for our entree. It took a full hour from being seated to the arrival of the entree. The food was very good but there seemed to be a total disconnect with the staff. Lots of people were scurrying around, but no food was coming out of the kitchen. No one ever apologized about the slow service and long wait. For the price, the service was inexcusable. We won't go back.
