OK so I consider myself as guru of the art of shopping and Macy's is my universal marketplace. To some it may seem overpriced and superficial, nah.....you have to walk between all of that, because if you do you will find a bounty of bargains and "yes" some associates that actually care and are extremely helpful. It's all about waiting , watching and using discount coupons at just the right time. Never buy in a hurry and always be pleasant....very pleasant. Compliment and ask for opinions and advice, remember the associates are stuck in the store for at least 8 hrs a day. Believe me they're looking for a break in their boredom. Macy's is very large and if you take the time and follow my advice, it could become your one stop shopping for family,loved ones and yourself. Peace
