Terrible customer service! I let them know I would be doing a lot of traveling and they said I could freeze my account without an issue. Now they are saying you can only freeze it for 3 months out of the year and charged me $380. I ve been gone 6 months now and don t know when I ll be returning due to the covid 19 and they are not any help with trying to resolve this or cancel. Not to mention their facilities are very low quality and bad lighting, i hurt my foot one day when trying to get into one of the machines, informed the front desk and they did nothing. Ridiculous!
