I recently purchased a used Tahoe from Gainesville...

I recently purchased a used Tahoe from Gainesville Buick and GMC. We closed the deal online and I went to pick it up the next day. We loved the truck and brought it home happy with our new purchase. After having the truck for a week or so we noticed a problem with the belt slipping and we also found a leak around the tailgate of the truck. I brought the matter to the attention of this dealerships management and they were more than accomodating. They covered the expense of replacing the belt and tensioner. They also invited me back in to the dealership to have them look at the leak issue. Since this particular dealer was 2 hours from my home, I asked if there was a way to coordinate through a dealership down here. Luckily another Morgan Automotive Group dealer was right near my house. I took it in to Ford of Port Richey where they fixed the leak for me. They even paid for a rental car while the Tahoe was being repaired.

Many dealers would've turned their nose up at a customer post-purchase when bringing up vehicle issues, especially on a used car, but Gainesville Buick GMC and the Morgan Auto Group took great care of me and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. This kind of customer service is rare and when you find it, you must give them your business. It's worth it! PLUS...they gave me a great price and hooked it up with an amazing finance rate. I would buy from these guys again and again.
