Very disappointed - the technical issues described...

Very disappointed - the technical issues described by others are plaguing me as well and we do not have a paper option to order. I "contacted customer service" via the Edge website one week ago and no response. I have now been on hold for 15 minutes as orders are due on November 6 and we would like a picture of our child. Time spent on this is ridiculous. I will be raising this with school council and requesting we select another vendor for next year.
