they lost my charger and case for macbook pro. actually I called and they have them and promised to return them but eventually I gave up and its been a year. so annoying I had to post my experience

edit-4 days ago someone posted they bought a macbook pro charger from here. was it apple brand with a small black marker spot on the brick? if so that was mine and i need it back a year ago. did they throw in a black tomtoc case as well? if so i would like it back a year ago thanks
