From the minute we exited the plane into the airport and for the entire time we were there we observed a culture of bad attitudes among employees. There were two passengers in wheelchairs being pushed by employees through lines that had to be constantly adjusted to accommodate the width of the wheelchairs. The employees asked to bypass the line....as I observed in other airports....but their colleagues declined the request. The worst thing was watching the suitcases and other items on the conveyor. It appeared as though they were thrown on the conveyor in such a way that there would be guaranteed damage. I personally watched two guitars hit the floor as they were thrown on the conveyor instead of carted out. My suitcase was apparently searched and my deceased grandmother s necklace was broken.
