Visted UNO's in Wisconsin Dells last year and was excited to come back home (Chicago) to have more. On my 25th Wedding Anniversary with failed plans, decided to go for this great Pizza at the original... horrible experience (Monday October 30th, 10:15 pm). First cramped booths, but we were fine sitting at the dimly lit back booth. Ordered 2 Caesar Salads which came out fast (5 mins tops). Well the salads were cold and soggy like when you have frozen the salad and it thaws. Sent them back immediately and ordered vegetable soup, again very fast, we have been in the restaurant total of 10-15 minutes now. I ate half the small soup bowl and set it aside (kinda heavy so decided to wait for small deep dish). The waitress was very attentive and asked if we were done, we said yes she took the bowls and returned with the pizza (20 minutes tops now). The waitress served the first slice (no stringy cheese)and my husband blew the pizza thinking it would be too hot, not. The pizza was warm. I felt the pan which was room temperature. The top had oil and the paste and meat simply separated from the top of the lukewarm cheese. I called the waitress asking if this was reheated pizza challenging the time frame and the coolness of tge pizza and pan, and of course she denied, stating "It has only been sitting a couple minutes, I was giving you time to finish your soup". HOW COULD A DEEP DISH PIZZA BE COOKED AND COOLED THAT FAST! She informed the manager who never came out, returning stating "we took that off for you", and gave us the check for the soups??? Ready to just go we didn't dispute the soups (should have definitely been comped) we paid and left. I guess I have to travel to Wisconsin for UNO's. Will never go or recomend this UNO'S TO ANYONE!!!! #UNO'SPIZZA
