Update: Once all rental items were changed to properly reflect what our insurance entitled us to, Temporary Accommodations pays the rent on time and we are left with a life that is close to normalcy. I deducted a star for having to deal with the chaos and miscommunications in the beginning and another for how active they were in finding us a new temporary home to live.

Previously:
After a fire left us homeless, our insurance hired this company to find us accommodations. Throughout this entire process their communication has been extremely poor. They tell us one thing when the reality is completely different. This has left us in embarrassing positions with property owners and vendors, and cost us time and money to resolve on our own. When we informed this company about hotel accommodations so they could take over billing in advance, we were still charged and had to resolve the issue with the hotel ourselves. When providing furnishings for our temporary housing, they did not communicate any options to us, rather they selected the base models even though our insurance agreement entitles us to similar furnishings to what we had in our home.

We know our insurance agreement entitles us to better than what this company gives us, and they are either silent about it or they misguide us.

Most of what Temporary Accommodations has done for me was satisfactory, but these are really glaring issues which unfortunately have left me feeling very disappointed.
