Never had an issue here before but tonight there was an issue with the steak. The manager on shift visited our table and explained the reason for the issue. My husband and I were skeptical but a new steak was made and the manger ended up comping the whole meal. We easily could have discontinued our visits but becuase the manager handled the issue, we will remain loyal customers.
