Why do car dealers insist on acting like car dealers?? I really have had enough of being treated like I'm doing the salesman a favour just by being there, when in fact I'm I'm doing him the favour.

Essendon Mazda, take a leaf out of Essendon BMW's book and treat your customers with respect.

They certainly deserve it. In saying that I'll be heading elsewhere for my new car purchase.
