I worked here for over 10 years in our nursing and dietary departments. While it s true no workplace or facility is perfect, at Cardinal Village you will find a great atmosphere & team with which to work, grow and make a difference. Our residents receive excellent care. Skilled & caring staff including supervisors & administration, many of whom have been there for 10 & 20 + years, go above & beyond to provide for, advocate for & accommodate residents and their families. It was a privilege not only to work with some wonderful people but also to get to know & care for so many of our residents & families over the years.
