5 words I never thought I would say: Buying a car was great! Most of my research was done on the computer, but when I emailed a question about adding an aftermarket DVD, I was called promptly and the salesperson offered me an offer I could not refuse. I test drove the van and purchased it that day. There was ZERO pressure and the salesperson wrote down everything he said he would do and DID IT! They put me in a loaner free until my vehicle was ready (DVD installation and service work I requested took a few days). I cannot recommend James Petitt and Michael Lester enough!! Motorcars Honda was a class act!
