For a 5 star hotel, it's a 5 star disappointment. The tub is a plastic insert, the shower head had to be jammed into place with a bit of plastic to keep from facing the wall and the room has no refrigerator or coffee pot. On the plus side, the internet is good, the pillows are comfortable, and the rooms are clean.
