Always very easy to work with - I appreciate they are quick and get things done in a timely manner. I am a little disappointed, I have had electrical issues with my car from day 1 and all they ever say it that it is hard to diagnose. This time they questioned whether I knew how to properly use the steering wheel volume controls. Everything else was exceptional. The service manager has always been good about making my issues feel important. I have even stopped in with minor things (tire sensor not responding) and they got someone on it immediately so I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I absolutely love that they always wash my car before returning it, it's a small gesture that means a lot.
