Lori Ann Erb was our agent for buying and selling our house in Fruita CO. She was a joy to work with for both transactions. We looked at a lot of houses when buying and some several times. We were new to the area and wanted to see houses all over Grand Junction and Fruita. We found a place in Fruita that turned out to be a great fit for us. Selling our house was easy and stress free with Lori Ann. Everything was handled and went through without a problem. She went well beyond what was expected. The photos and the 3D tour were amazing.
