I bought a blue water softener EMS15 18 years ago from these guys. It's a super machine with 10 years parts and labour guarantee. I remember it was one man Called Ian from this company serviced me at that time. I move to a new property recently and looking forward to my next 18 years machine. Just called them, it's a surprise that Ian still here for me, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable just like 18 years ago. Thanks, pal!
