This is the most broken system you can imagine. There has been absolutely no one to talk to. I have not received any payments since 10/3. The systems says I am eligible yet I am denied. I finally talked to an agent 12/18/20. More than 2 months since my last payment and even she could not understand or explain why I have not been paided. I can handle no if I had done something wrong. We are not going to make it because of a broken computer that doesnt care. Is there really anyone working at the unemployement office with an common sense or compassion aaagggghhh.
