Arbor ignores their customers, are rude, and cause much more damage and headaches than need to occur due to their incompetence. While the receptionist is lovely, she can t solve any issues. The owner, property managers, and other staffing are absolutely incapable of assuring issues are dealt with. The only management occurring is mine, trying to manage them. They have made me realize condo living is a nightmare, as I am subjected to their inability to resolve, correct, fix anything. I m now heading into the 11th month of waiting to have my unit issues resolved. I m
