From the moment of initial contact the process was extremely smooth. I was informed of the name of engineer the day before the appointment, good safety feature.On the day of the appointment the engineer was running slightly late I was immediately informed of this via email. The engineer was thorough and meticulous in his work as well as being polite. Received the paperwork within minutes of the engineer departing. Excellent IT setup!! The costs very reasonable. I had asked a local company to do the same work but was quoted more than double the price.
I am very impressed with VHL.
