Very good, comprehensive and courteous service from Henry - at Shavitz. Appreciated his thoroughness and the time he took to explain what's problematic and what solutions are available. Also now have a Nest thermostat/control unit in place to simplify indoor control and monitoring. Thanks again, Henry.
