My 2014 Accord Coupe was towed into Honda of Pasad...

My 2014 Accord Coupe was towed into Honda of Pasadena one month ago after it died in motion. The service team spent many hours working diligently to diagnose the problem. Although it was not an easy fix, they were determined to find the source of the problem, even scheduling a fuel tech expert to come and do an examination. In the mean time, I was provided a loaner at no charge. When it was discovered the PCM (computer) was the issue, Honda honored my warranty and replaced the part at no cost, which was approx $1500. I will add that the service manager, Chris Hansen, was very kind and helpful throughout the ordeal. He returned my calls promptly and kept me updated.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Honda of Pasadena. I highly recommend their establishment for your service needs.
