We have been here for 15 days now and every single day has been very pleasant and enjoyable. The welcoming staff, housekeeping and maintenance are always friendly and respectful. We look forward to dine and have happy hour at the VIP lounge where Criszia, Steven, Jopes, Kat, Mary Joy, Wilson, Anne, James , Jonjon and others who are always there ready to provide exemplary service.
