called in to Heritage Property to get assistance with my homeowners association because there was a lot of discrepancy that I was not familiar with. And did not understand. Tracey Hewgley in Homeowners Solution Center was a blessing to me and she is an asset, a jewel to your organization. If only we could have more customer service skilled people. I do believe she comes more naturally. She went above and beyond to assist me. She explained to me how, first and foremost the lack of communication with the wrong email and phone on my account. I was never receiving phone calls and haven't had that in the last two or three years. Not really sure, but she explained a lot to me. I want to move forward and understand my homeowner's association. She just made it so much easier for me. And again, she is an asset to your organization. I truly believe she's an angel in the outfield. One of the team players. I sincerely thank Heritage and my intention is to move forward. And the experience again was amazing. Thanks to Miss Tracey. Not to take away from any of the other representatives, but I'm glad that she answered my call and assisted my concerns.
