My Stay here with about 18 other family members was horrible, Let me start by saying when I first got here on the 12th of July I was scheduled to be here for a 3 o'clock check in but due to delays at the airport I didnt arrive her until after 10 PM so my family entire day was wasted.i informed the supervisor romeo to see if they would be able to refund my day that was wasted if not maybe give me a upgraded room due to the inconvenience and the fact that I had about 5 different families that had rooms here at first they agreed to it and upgraded me a room for just one night but then I had to check out and go into a smaller room,I was very unhappy due to the amount of money that me and my family had spent here and then I also asked I they could waive my resort fees at the end of our stay and they only agreed to half and then our refrigerator went out and all of our food got spoiled and they ended up giving me 50 dollars for that incident. Then the next day our toilet was stopped up smfh on top of that the rooms was extremely small and you had to rent every spot by the beach or the pool which is crazy when you spend that much money to stay here,The list goes on but I'm done writing but when I tell you me nor my family will never stay here again and if you in ur family want to come somewhere to have a nice time and not have to worry about paying for everything then dont come here please!!!!
