Too bad leaving less than one star is not possible
Deplorable customer service, response by email that takes days, impossible to reach someone on the phone (endless wait that gives nothing, never had anyone !!), service cut, unclear and tacitly renewed offers, not to mention a number incalculable fraudulent emails circulating but "are not their responsibility".
